Отвори терминал [ctrl+alt+t] и пиши:

sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get upgrade

Ќе те праша за лозинка и ќе ја апдејтира датабазата и ќе ти каже што треба да се надгради и ќе те праша дали да надгради. Ако сакаш да смениш верзија на оперативниот препорачливо е да го симнеш цел .iso фајл и да го инсталираш нормално. Ако пронајде постара верзија од истиот оперативен ќе те праша дали сакаш да го надградиш стариот или сакаш свежа инсталација, ако е тоа што прашуваш.

Де бе знам како да отворам терминал види сега кај е грешката, еве ко за пример ќе земам да инсталирам xchat

Сигурно примети дека нема ни install, а ова ми се појавува буквално на се што ќе сакам да инсталирам или апдејтирам.
Еве и update и upgrade направив и пак истото го дава

Тоа е затоа што не можеш да ја апдејтира repositories базата. Пробај да ги смениш серверите, ставени ти се македонските сервери сега. Стави некој не знам германски сервер на пример и пробај пак. Пробај да инсталираш нешто преку терминал или преку synaptic ако имаш инсталирано.
